Before upload your files
We accept any file types, and suggest attaching the file to your outgoing email if the size is less than 10M. When sending us your file, please include as much information as possible. The more information that we have, the quicker we can get you a fully comprehensive quote.
Send us your large files through third-part server
If your file size is larger than 10MB, you may not be able to send it to us through email. We would recommend you to use the Dropbox for file transfer: http://www.dropbox.com, or you could find many other free large file transfer services from internet. such as: Google Drive, OneDrive, WeTransfer, etc.
Upload your large files to our FTP server
To upload files by FTP, you need a FTP software, here you can download a free one: FileZilla.
Try to avoid any blank spaces in your filenames and replace with an underline “_” if needed.
